Employment Criteria
Our staff members are experienced and certified in their practice area; in addition, we bring intentionality to the hiring policy so that we feel confident of a good fit. The culture of the staff is very important to us because we recognize the overwhelming power of the intersubjectivity between staff and students.

Hiring decisions and compensation schedules are undertaken using the following criteria:

A- Compelling and documented skill set or experience that recommends the candidate for employment
B- Bachelors degree
C- Professional Experience in the Arts
D- Professional Experience in the Arts as an educator
E- Anecdotal or personal experience that recommends the candidate for employment
a. Parent of gifted child
b. Experience with the population in a social setting
F- Master’s level of Education
G- Master’s level of Education in Education or Clinical Field
H- Doctoral level of Education
I- Doctoral level of Education in Education or Clinical Field
J- Academic or Professional experience that recommends the candidate for employment
a. Experience with the population in a professional setting
b. Publication
c. Continuing education in this area of interest
K- Bilingual or Multilingual capabilities
L- Experience with Differentiation in an educational setting
M- Experience with an underserved or special needs population
N- Experience with Clinical work in a school setting
O- Experience with more than one age group
P- Montessori Experience

The Center supports gifted and profoundly gifted students in many ways, including as a summer program, an adjunct to families who home school, as an after school resource for students, or as a summer program.
Montessori informed service delivery under the direction of experienced staff, with respect for self-determination and discussion.
Highly customized social emotional support in an intellectually stimulating environment with flexible 90 minute sessions from 12:45 pm to 6:00 pm, M– F
Providing nurturing and thoughtful staff, student, parent and community relationships
