Gary Grossman

Gary is the President and CEO of Venn Strategy Group Inc. He is a thought leader and a passionate advocate of transparency and communication in businesses. He has over 20 years leveraging his cross functional, international experience to align people, strategy, operations and technology to find money hidden behind “the way it has always been done.” Gary has helped more than one hundred companies achieve more informed decisions with significantly less resources, which minimizes their operational risk. His client experience ranges from Fortune 100 global companies such as Coca-Cola and Chase to smaller, private held business like Distributoys

The intuition and approach that helped him throughout his career was honed during his life as he helped his high-functioning autistic savant brother learn. Gary is a published author of “Becoming a Successful Manager” published by McGraw Hill. The book is a practical guide designed to help managers become more effective and successful leaders. He actively supports LUNGevity in honor of his sister who established the foundation six months before she died of lung cancer. Gary has is M.B.A. in Marketing/Finance and has a love for his family and learning. He currently resides in Deerfield with his twin boys.
